My one-on-one exercise and life coaching helps you:

  • Break old patterns and uncover what’s holding you back
  • Retrain your body and mind to create the life you WANT
  • Rock an individualized nutrition and exercise plan that works for you (no long hours at the gym required)

Using techniques I have learned from my extensive training in Neuro Linguistics Programming, Timeline therapy, Dreamscuplting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment theory, Robbins Madanes life and relationship coaching, and many more I work with each client to find out what is holding them back from living the life they desire and then work with them weekly to get more of what they want to experience in life.

STEP ONE

Meet with you to talk about what you want to feel more of, and what is holding you back.

STEP TWO

Out of that discovery, we will meet once a week and I will craft an individualized plan for you to break through old patterns.

STEP THREE

I will give you access to all of my workout videos, plus extras made just for clients(no long hours at the gym required) and positivity practices and challenges to do each day. .
